Born and raised in the tiny Vermont town of Rochester, Attorney Chadwick graduated from Keene State College in 2007 with a bachelors in Social Science.  After graduation Evan went on to clerk for the law firm of Thomas Costello in Brattleboro, where he focused his studies on criminal and civil rights law under the Vermont Legal Clerkship program.

In 2013, Evan started Chadwick Law LLC, a sole practice general litigation law firm,  located in Brattleboro.  Two years later, he teamed up with Attorney Robb Spensley to create Chadwick, Spensley & Fox.  Chadwick, Spensley & Fox, PLLC now has law offices in the Vermont towns of Brattleboro, Pittsford, Randolph and Chester where they continue to focus on general litigation matters.

Evan heads the civil rights division of the law firm where he focuses primarily on police brutality claims.  Evan also litigates numerous criminal and civil cases in southern Vermont, carving out a second niche in traffic ticket and DUI defense.
