Justine Calnan Cavacas

Justine Calnan Cavacas grew up in Rochester, Vermont and resides in Chittenden Vermont.

 Justine began working with Chadwick, Spensley & Fox, PLLC, in 2015 starting as the primary assistant to Attorney Evan Chadwick. Currently Justine serves as COO and the Senior Paralegal for the firm, working primarily out of our Randolph office. Prior to working for Chadwick, Spensley & Fox, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Hampshire College in 2006 with a focus in Philosophy of Education and the Creative Arts as well as received a certificate in Clinical Herbalism from Vermont Center for Clinical Herbalism in 2015 following a three year clinical program.

 An active member of the greater Vermont community, Justine serves on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, the Advisory Board for the White River Valley Players, and served on her local school community as a school board member from 2020 to 2025. A lover of the arts, education and the natural world, outside of work Justine is a mother, a farmer/gardener, a clinical herbalist and performing actor, musician and composer.
